I was thinking of using BlogEngine but then I saw that most of the sites I looked either had comments full of spam or they had simply closed the comments altogether. I hope that you have been able to combat the spam because at the moment it is something that is making me stay away from BE.

I know some people with problems opening the web page using Opera. I reopened it using Firefox and it seems being ok.I consider I see those exact same errors in Opera as well.Hope that helps.

I am not significantly of a guy who thinks in so deeply about website style but I believe your publish had some valid points in it. Like designers are forced to pattern stuff inside the limited code available and not go beyond it, their innovation is somewhat limited but still I believe Net Style won't die! I agree that Amazon and other some big sites won't have a website but now a days it is quite crucial to have some sort of option available so people can quickly communicate their thoughts. I think Amazon if wants to shift it to that, they can get a customized CMS for themselves.

MPEG-1 CBR and VBR movie can also be allowed. 525/60 (NTSC, 29.97 interlaced frames/sec) and 625/50 (PAL/SECAM, 25 interlaced frames/sec) movie display systems are expressly supported. Coded frame rates of 24 fps progressive from film, 25 fps interlaced from PAL movie, and 29.97 fps interlaced from NTSC movie are typical. MPEG-2 progressive_sequence is not allowed, but interlaced sequences can contain progressive pictures and progressive macroblocks. Within the case of 24 fps supply, the encoder embeds MPEG-2 repeat_first_field flags into the video stream to make the decoder either perform 2-3 pulldown for 60Hz NTSC displays (really 59.94Hz) or 2-2 pulldown (with resulting 4% speedup) for 50Hz PAL/SECAM displays. In other words, the player doesn't "know" what the encoded rate is, it simply follows the MPEG-2 encoder's instructions to produce the predetermined display rate of 25 fps or 29.97 fps. This is 1 of the main causes you will find two kinds of discs, one for NTSC and one for PAL. Very few players convert from PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL.

In other words, the picture is the same size, with extra areas visible at the top and bottom in the fullscreen version. In more other words, letterboxing covers over the part of the picture that was also covered in the theater, or it allows the entire widescreen picture to be visible for movies wider than 1.85, in which case the letterboxed picture is smaller and has less detail than a pan & scan version would.
